999w Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999w ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 999w website at https://999w.biz, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999w platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 999w reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

To be eligible to register and use 999w, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999w is strictly an adult platform and we take underage access seriously.
• You must be a human individual — registrations by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of third parties are prohibited.
• You must be able to enter into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 999w, a game provider, or any affiliate or partner of 999w, without prior written authorisation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order with 999w or any other gaming platform that applies to 999w.

999w reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold a single 999w account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under a different name, or by using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering at 999w you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 999w is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999w login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person and must notify 999w support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 999w is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 999w account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — this is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Never save your 999w login credentials in a browser on a shared device.

All deposits at 999w are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits that 999w cannot override.

Accepted deposit methods at 999w include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 999w will not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties.

Deposits are credited to your 999w balance immediately in most cases. In rare instances involving bank transfer delays or payment processor issues, deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect. If a deposit has not appeared within 24 hours, contact 999w support with your transaction reference number.

999w does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. 999w is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 999w is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you and registered in the same name as your 999w account. 999w does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before processing a withdrawal, 999w may require identity verification (KYC) documentation including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. This verification process is standard practice and ensures the security of your funds. Most withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, within 2–4 hours for IBFT bank transfers, and within 1–3 business days for card withdrawals.

• You must have wagered your deposit at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise stated.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited unless the wagering requirement has been met.
• 999w reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

999w offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These offer-specific terms supplement and, where in conflict, take precedence over the general bonus rules set out in this section.

All bonuses credited to your 999w account are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must bet using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 20,000 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are credited to your account separately from your real money balance. Your real money balance is wagered first in most game types.
• Wagering on certain games may be excluded from bonus requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage. This is specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 999w reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation or system exploitation will be cancelled without notice and the account may be suspended.

All bets placed at 999w are subject to the betting rules applicable to the sport or event in question. Full sport-specific rules are available within the sportsbook section. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity at 999w:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen acceptance confirmation. If your internet connection drops before confirmation, the bet may not have been placed — check your bet history before placing a duplicate.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet will be settled, unless the bet is placed in error due to a technical fault or obvious pricing error on our part.
• 999w reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• For cricket betting specifically (including PSL), if a match is abandoned due to weather or other external factors, settlement rules for each market will follow the applicable governing body's regulations. Dead-heat rules apply where relevant.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to brief delays in odds updates. Bets placed during a delay period will be accepted at the odds applicable at the time the bet is received by our system, which may differ from what was displayed on your screen.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. Attempting to circumvent maximum stake limits through multiple accounts or split betting will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

All casino games, card games, and crash games available at 999w are operated either by 999w directly or by licensed third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and BGaming. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

All RNG (random number generator) games at 999w use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested to ensure fairness. Crash games operate on provably fair algorithms which allow players to verify the fairness of each round using the published verification method for that game.

Live casino games are dealt by professional human dealers in licensed studios. The video feed from the studio is the definitive record of game outcomes for live dealer games. In the event of a dispute about a live game outcome, 999w will review the studio video record to determine the correct result.

999w is not responsible for losses caused by player disconnections from live casino or crash game sessions. If you are disconnected from a live game during a round in which a bet was already placed, the outcome of that round will stand and your bet will be settled according to the actual result, regardless of whether you were able to observe it in real time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 999w and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your 999w account. This includes chargebacks on deposits that were used to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using 999w for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one 999w account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players in card games or poker to exploit opponents or the house, including through chip dumping or pre-arranged results.
• Software Abuse: Using automated betting scripts, bots, AI-assisted decision tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage on the 999w platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through co-ordinated deposits, matched withdrawal patterns, or any other method determined by 999w to constitute abuse.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets designed purely to exploit pricing discrepancies between 999w and other platforms, without genuine interest in the event outcome.
• Insider Information: Placing bets using material non-public information about any event offered for betting at 999w.

999w is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. All players have the right to access the following tools at any time through their account settings, at no cost and without negative effect on their account standing:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 999w account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the net losses you are prepared to accept over a defined period.
• Session Timers: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your playing sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 999w platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.

999w operates its platform with reasonable care and skill, and takes all practicable steps to ensure game availability, payment processing reliability, and data security. However, the following limitations apply to 999w's liability to players:

• 999w is not liable for losses resulting from player disconnections, device failures, internet outages, or other technical issues beyond our control that occur on the player's side.
• 999w is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from account suspension or closure for breach of Terms.
• 999w is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of earnings, opportunity, or reputation.
• In any circumstance where 999w is found to be liable to a player, our maximum liability is capped at the value of the net deposit made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 999w makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that game results will be error-free. We will use reasonable endeavours to correct errors promptly when they are identified.

You may close your 999w account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds are forfeited on voluntary closure.

999w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player is suspected of being under 18 years of age, pending age verification.
• The player has been self-excluded or placed on a responsible gaming restriction that prohibits continued play.

In cases of suspension for investigation, 999w will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the player. Where closure is the result of a confirmed breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

999w reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice on the 999w platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 999w platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. 999w will process closure requests and return eligible balances in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.
